Shipping Policy
1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)

2)Shipping Time:
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of purchase. It can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance or other causes.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding tracking number. You can copy tracking number and search it at the link below. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

3. Will I have to pay taxes?
Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.
4. What if the package doesn't arrive?
If you don’t get your package 45 days after it was shipped, please contact us at office@t-hair.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
5. What is our refund policy?
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.
5.1. Eligibility for Refund:
1. *Damaged or Defective Products:*
- Refunds are available for products that are received damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. *Incorrect Orders:*
- If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
3. *Unused and Unopened Products:*
- We accept refunds for unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging.
5.2. Non-Refundable Items:
- Used or opened cosmetics.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
5.3. Process for Refund:
1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for refund.
2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
3. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
5.4. Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
